Stop betting against Tom Brady in the playoffs

Apparently people still haven’t learned their lesson when it comes to going against Tom Brady in the playoffs.

I mean, check out the Stephen A. Smith’s disrespect today on ‘First Take’…

It’s not just Stephen A. that is on something. The Action Network’s John Ewing reported yesterday that the majority of the public are on the Chargers when it comes to bets against the spread for this Sunday’s matchup.

It continues to boggle my mind that so many count out Brady and the Pats every year (this is coming from a Colts fan).

But there has been a different narrative against New England every year…

2015 – TOM DEFLATED FOOTBALLS. THE PATS ARE CHEATERS!

2016 – JIMMY G WILL REPLACE TOM SOON, THE BRADY ERA IS ENDING!

2017 – BRADY AND BELICHICK ARE FEUDING, THE DYNASTY IS OVER!

2018 – NO TALENT ON THIS ROSTER, GRONK IS DONE, TOM HAS LOST HIS TOUCH, THE CHIEFS ARE THE TEAM TO BEAT!!!

I’ll happily lay the four points against Phillip Rivers this weekend, who has as many playoff wins as Tom Brady has SUPER BOWLS.

The Kansas City Chiefs haven’t won a SINGLE home playoff game since 1993.

Andrew Luck has a career playoff rating of 72.3, with a TD/INT ratio of 11/13. Luck is 0-4 in his career at Gillette Stadium. The Colts were blown out in all four of those games in Foxborough.

Tom Brady is only 27-10 in the postseason. But apparently that isn’t a good enough track-record to bet on through the postseason.

Oh well, anti-Brady bettors in the playoffs will learn their lesson once again, starting this Sunday.

Sharp money = backing Tom Brady all the way to yet another Super Bowl appearance.
