Nolan Arenado and the Colorado Rockies are reportedly in the middle of working out an eight year extension worth 260 million.
The 27-year old third baseman hit .297 with 38 home runs and 110 RBI’s last year, a lead catalyst for Colorado making it to the NLDS.
Arenado has finished in the top 5 of NL MVP voting for the last three years now, and has been the face of the Rockies ever since Troy Tulowitzki was traded.
In six seasons, Arenado holds a career batting line of .291/.346./.539. He is also one of the most elite defenders at the hot corner.
Rockies fans should be hyped about this dude staying in the Mile High City.
