Conor McGregor retires from MMA

This isn’t the first time McGregor has announced his retirement. In 2016, the notorious one technically “retired”. He then came back and fought a rematch a couple months later against Nate Diaz.

If this truly is the end for McGregor in mixed martial arts, he will have retired with a record of 21 wins to four losses.

But we’ll see what happens. I have a feeling this isn’t the end for Conor. There’s no way he’s going to let his last match be what was an absolute mugging by Khabib Nurmagomedov.

It looks like UFC President Dana White doesn’t seem surprised by McGregor’s current decision, and seems at peace with it.
