Dabo Swinney becomes highest paid coach in college football history

Move over Nick Saban, there’s a new sheriff in town.

Dabo Swinney just eclipsed Saban’s eight-year $74-million contract, with a 10-year, $93 million deal that was announced this morning.

That’s the biggest head-coaching payday in college football history, and it’s well deserved.

Swinney holds a coaching record of 116-30 in the ACC, and has won two National Championships with the Tigers.
