Another season, another injury for Dodgers shortstop Cory Seager.
Today L.A. placed the 25-year on the 10-day IL with a left hamstring strain. Seager is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with the injury.
Last year, the young phenom only played 22 games after suffering a UCL strain and undergoing Tommy John Surgery.
When healthy, Seager is one of the best young players in the game. He won NL Rookie of the Year in 2016, and also finished 3rd in MVP voting.
This year in 66 games played, Seager has a slash line of .278/.359/.468.
